EB-5 Overview:
The immigrant investor Program, also known as “EB-5” program was created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. Under a pilot immigration program first enacted in 1992 and regularly reauthorized since, a limited number of EB-5 visas are set aside for investors in Regional Centers designated by USCIS based on proposals for promoting economic growth.
Amount of Qualifying Investment:
$1,000,000 USD or $500,000 USD (if projects or business is located within a Targeted Employment Area, TEA)
